Team Picnic PostNL
Lapierre Xelius 2025

The best Grand Tour of their history

Team Picnic PostNL finished the 2025 Tour de France with Oscar Onley 4th overall — the team’s best Grand Tour result. With an average rider age of 25, and five riders under that mark, they stayed in contention through three weeks against teams with far more Grand Tour experience.

Onley is an attacker. He didn’t ride conservatively — he went over the climbs the way he always has, which is why he ended up in the top five on the biggest stages. Warren Barguil led the team on the road. Tobias Lund Andresen finished on the podium in sprint stages at Valencia. It was a team performance across the board.

The Lapierre Xelius was the bike through all of it. Now, you can ride those exact bikes.

The Lapierre Xelius:
built for climbing and fast in all conditions.

Lapierre developed a custom carbon lay-up for the Xelius specifically for this team — lighter than the standard version, with a fork geometry tuned for responsiveness out of the saddle. It’s a climbing bike that doesn’t give up much on the descents or the flat.

Reactive, without the stiffness that makes longer days uncomfortable. It suits high cadence, explosive accelerations on gradients.

The bikes are equipped with either Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 or Shimano Ultegra Di2, depending on the individual frame. Each listing specifies the exact build.
