Moet ik invoerrechten/btw/gst bovenop betalen of zijn deze inbegrepen?
Als u zich ergens in de EU bevindt, is de weergegeven prijs inclusief btw en zijn er geen andere kosten van toepassing op uw bestelling, aangezien we al onze fietsen vanuit Milaan, Italië verzenden.
Als u zich buiten de EU bevindt, zijn er enkele kosten en belastingen van toepassing. Om het eindbedrag te weten, voegt u uw fiets toe aan de winkelwagen en controleert u het besteloverzicht. Biedt u betalingsmogelijkheden in termijnen aan?
Momenteel is deze betaalmethode alleen beschikbaar voor inwoners van Italië. U kunt uw bestelling afronden met een creditcardbetaling of bankoverschrijving.
Ja, u kunt uw fiets of frameset aanpassen en verschillende componenten wijzigen.
Bikeroom biedt deze service momenteel niet aan.
Echter, je kunt je voorkeuren toevoegen in de bestelnotities: mochten we de kans krijgen om je de gewenste configuratie te leveren, dan doen we dat graag.
Wat valt er onder de garantie van Bikeroom?
Bij de aankoop van een splinternieuwe fiets heb je recht op de fabrieksgarantie.
Als je in plaats daarvan een tweedehands of professionele fiets koopt, biedt Bikeroom een garantie van één jaar. Je kunt een tweede garantiejaar toevoegen door deze optie te selecteren tijdens het afrekenproces.
De dekking van één of twee jaar van Bikeroom omvat schade die niet is veroorzaakt door onjuist gebruik, slechte opslag, ongevallen, enz.

Wat zijn uw annulerings- en retourbeleid?
U kunt een bestelling die nog niet is verzonden alleen binnen de eerste 24 uur annuleren. Na deze periode moet u wachten tot het pakket is afgeleverd.
U kunt de bestelling zonder opgaaf van reden annuleren binnen 48 uur na levering.
Binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van het product is het uw verantwoordelijkheid om te controleren of het product zoals beschreven is en correct functioneert.

Bikeroom kan momenteel geen e-bikes via de lucht verzenden. Om deze reden kunnen we deze productcategorie niet buiten Europa verkopen.
Bovendien kunnen sommige merken niet naar specifieke landen worden verkocht. Neem contact op met uw lokale retailer van dat merk om hun beste aanbod te krijgen.
