Do I have to pay import fees/VAT/GST on top or are these included?
If you are located anywhere in the EU, the displayed price already includes VAT and no other charges apply to your order, as we ship all our bikes from Milan, Italy.
If you are located outside the EU, import fees and/or VAT or GST apply. Those are not included in the price and will be collected by the courier before or after the delivery takes place.
Do you offer installment payment options?
Currently, this payment method is only available for Italian residents. You will be able to select it along with credit card payment, PayPal or bank wire.
Can I customize my bike or frame, or change some of the components?
Unfortunately, this won’t be possible. However, you can add your preferences in the order notes: should we have the chance to get you the desired configuration, we will be happy to provide it.
How does Bikeroom’s warranty work? What’s your return policy?
If you purchase a brand-new product, you will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This applies worldwide.
As per the European Consumers’ Law, you are entitled to a 14-day return period.
Please notify Bikeroom in a timely manner if you wish to send your bike back. Your refund will be issued as soon as your bike arrives at our deposit and our mechanics confirm that it’s in the same condition it was before leaving our premises.
Why can’t I have a product shipped to my country?
Bikeroom is currently unable to ship e-bikes via air. For this reason, we cannot sell this product category outside of Europe.
Furthermore, some brands cannot be sold to specific countries. Please contact your local retailer of that brand to get their best offer.
Will you be putting the model I want on sale anytime soon?
Bikeroom is constantly looking to offer as many products as possible. Because our listed items mainly depend on our distributors net, our offer depends on their availability.

The young Danish company Polymer Workshop has a clear focus on developing innovative products of the highest quality that help you take your performance and riding experience on the bike to the next level. They select their partners with the utmost care and combine the knowledge of successful athletes with the know-how of material, design and technology experts.
The Enhance 50:52 wheels were developed to offer you a faster riding experience on a wide range of trail profiles. Weighing just under 1500 grams, the wheels can handle high-speed races as well as fast starts and profiled courses. The different rim profiles with a height of 50 millimetres on the front wheel and 52 millimetres on the rear wheel give the aero wheelset its name. However, it is not only the profile heights that differ; the front wheel rim, with an outer width of 35 millimetres, is significantly more bulbous than the 30.7 millimetre rear wheel rim. This ensures the aerodynamically extremely efficient integration of modern racing bike tires with a width of 28 millimetres and more stable handling in crosswinds. The large inner width of 23 millimetres of the hookless tubeless rim profile ensures very good tire shape and reduced rolling resistance.
At the center of the wheels are the in-house hubs, which are CNC-milled from a solid block of aluminium. Durable industrial steel bearings are used to ensure a long service life and low friction coefficient. Sophisticated seals effectively protect the inside of the hub against the ingress of dust and water, making the Enhance wheels the perfect companion even in adverse conditions. Thanks to the high level of manufacturing precision, the frictional resistance of the seals can be reduced to a minimum. A pawl freewheel with 36 teeth ensures fast power engagement.
The high hub flanges not only ensure stiff wheels, they also provide the seat for the replaceable carbon spokes developed by Polymer Workshop. These are five times lighter than classic steel spokes and three times stronger. In addition, they offer better vibration damping and reduce air resistance with their 3.2 millimeter wide aero profile.
