Important Update: Changes to Import Fees and Shipping for U.S. Customers

What's the Current Situation?

As officialized at the beginning of April 2025, there were major increases in import duties for products entering the United States, the result of new tariffs implemented by the U.S. government. These changes caused a dramatic rise in customs fees, which we communicated to our customers at the time.
We want to make sure every U.S. customer is fully aware of this context before placing an order, and that you have the tools to make the right choice for your situation.

Your Two Shipping Options

At checkout, U.S. customers can now choose between two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping (Duties Billed After Delivery)
   You can ship as normal and pay customs duties separately after your package clears U.S. customs. The carrier will contact you directly with a bill for the applicable import fees. These are calculated based on the total purchase value and the product's country of origin.
   You can consult the US International Trade Commission website at https://hts.usitc.gov/. By simply entering the HS Code we provide on your invoice, the portal will indicate the base percentage that will be applied. You can find a list of HS codes in the table below at the end of this page.
2. DDP Shipping (Duties Included at Checkout)
   We've introduced Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) as a shipping option. When you select DDP at checkout, customs duties are calculated and collected upfront. No surprise bills after delivery, no contact from the carrier, no delays at customs. Everything is handled for you.
   This is the simplest, most hassle-free way to receive your order in the U.S., and we'd recommend it if you want complete cost certainty from the moment you purchase.
