Where is Bikeroom based? Where are these bikes shipped from?

We are located near Milan, Italy, and all our bikes are shipped from our warehouse. If you are outside the European Union, import fees or VAT/GST apply.

How do I order a bike?

When you find the perfect match, add it to your cart and follow the instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can wire the total amount by bank transfer or credit card.

What is your warranty policy?

All our products come with a warranty.

New bikes, frames, and accessories must be registered on the manufacturer’s website to activate their two-year coverage. Second-hand goods also include a one-year warranty, automatically applied upon purchase. You can extend this to two years by selecting the dedicated service at checkout.

Can I change the handlebar, cranks, etc.?

Our bikes cannot be customized, unfortunately.
