Where is Bikeroom based? Where are these bikes shipped from?

We are located near Milan, Italy, and all our bikes are shipped from our warehouse. If you are outside the European Union, import fees or VAT/GST apply.

How do I order a bike?

When you find the perfect match, add it to your cart and follow the instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can wire the total amount by bank transfer or credit card.

Are your bikes covered by a warranty?

Yes, of course. New bikes come with the manufacturer’s warranty and second-hand ones are covered by a one-year Bikeroom warranty. Read more here.

Can I change the handlebar, cranks, etc.?

Our bikes cannot be customized, unfortunately.

Our expert mechanic will be available to perform a bike fit, adjusting the bicycle to your specific needs. Additionally, we handle all necessary bureaucratic procedures for transporting your goods to your country, using the Otello system to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
