The condition is written in gray above the title, and the color is indicated in the specs.
Can I see real images of this bike?
New products are not store at Bikeroom's deposit, but will be ordered to our provider the moment your payment is complete. For this reason, the ones in the ad are the only available images.
Can I see this bike in person at your shop?
Bikeroom doesn't have a showroom or a physical store, but some products can be picked up at our deposit.
To do so, please place an order for the items you wish to purchase and select in-store pickup as a shipping method. Your credit card will be pre-authorized, and the product will be reserved for you.
Will you be selling the size I want anytime soon?
If you want to receive an automatic email when your desired bike is back in stock, please fill out this form. We hope to help you find your dream bike quickly!
Do you ship to my country? Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?
Yes, we ship every bike you see on our website to you country.
In the EU, VAT and GST are always included in your final cart price.
For United Kingdom orders: We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, meaning tariffs and customs clearance fees are already included in your final cart price. You won't face any additional charges upon delivery—what you see is what you pay.
Exception for UK bid orders: If you buy a bike through our bidding system and it's being shipped to the UK, standard DAP terms apply, meaning you'll be responsible for tariffs and customs clearance fees upon arrival.
For all other countries worldwide: We ship using DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, which means you'll be responsible for paying any - if applicable - tariffs and customs clearance fees when your bike arrives in your country. These fees are not included in your cart total and will be collected by the courier or customs authorities upon delivery.
For in-person pickup in Milan: Products with SKUs starting with "BK" - and some other selected bikes - can be collected directly from our headquarters in Milan. If you're exporting the bike outside the EU within 90 days of purchase, no local VAT or taxes will apply. However, you must declare the export and handle import procedures at your destination customs office. Please note: it's not possible to have your order shipped to a European country and export it later—tax-free purchases require in-person pickup only.
Will this bike be assembled when I receive it?

How do I place an order?
To purchase a bike, please add it to your cart and insert your billing and shipping address. In the following step, you will be able to select an extra service.
You will then get to the payment section: select your preferred option and place your order. A confirmation email will soon arrive in your inbox.

Do you offer installment payment options?
Unfortunately, Bikeroom doesn't currently offer installment payment options at the moment. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Can I customize my bike or frame, or change some of the components?
Unfortunately, this won’t be possible. However, you can add your preferences in the order notes: should we have the chance to get you the desired configuration, we will be happy to provide it.
How does Bikeroom’s warranty work? What’s your return policy?
If you purchase a brand-new product, you will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This applies worldwide. Please make sure to register your bike or frame on the manufacturer's website to activate it.
You can return your product for any reason within 48 hours of receiving it. Any costs deriving from the return are to be born by the customer.
If you spot any errors or damages within the first 14 days, please notify our Aftersales Team at support@bike-room.com.
After that time period, your warranty kicks in, so please make sure to contact our Aftesales agents at the above email address.
Why can’t I have a product shipped to my country?
This might be due to two main reasons: some dealers might currently be unable to sell in your country, or the brand of the bike you are looking at might have specific commercial agreements with their local retailers.
Will you be selling the model I want anytime soon?
Bikeroom is constantly looking to offer as many products as possible. Because our listed items mainly depend on our distributors net, our offer depends on their availability.
However, you can click on the "notify me when back in stock" button or fill out this form and be notified when a similar bike is available.
When will you ship my order?
