The Ad.One is Cipollini's lightweight road platform, designed for climbing and reduced weight builds where aerodynamics are secondary to mass reduction. The Shimano Ultegra Di2 build is the primary configuration with a powermeter included in the standard build. It is made in Italy at Cipollini's Lucca facility.
