Can I see real images of this frame?
New products are not store at Bikeroom's deposit, but will be ordered to our provider the moment your payment is complete. For this reason, the ones in the ad are the only available images.
Can I see this frame in person at your shop?
Bikeroom doesn't have a showroom or a physical store, but some products can be picked up at our deposit.
To do so, please place an order for the items you wish to purchase and select in-store pickup as a shipping method. Your credit card will be pre-authorized, and the product will be reserved for you.
Do you ship to my country? Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. To know the final amount, please add your bike to the cart and simulate a checkout.
If you are located anywhere in the EU, the displayed price already includes VAT and no other charges apply to your order, as we ship all our products from Milan, Italy.
If you are outside the EU, import fees and/or VAT or GST apply. Those are not included in the price you see here but will be displayed after you add the product to your cart.
Please note: when you place a bid, customs fees and duties are not included in the final price. The shipper will send you an invoice upon clearing customs.

How do I place an order?
To purchase a bike, please add it to your cart and insert your billing and shipping address. In the following step, you will be able to select an extra service, add pedals and accessories, etc.
You will then get to the payment section: select your preferred option and place your order. A confirmation email will soon arrive in your inbox.

Do I have to pay import fees/VAT/GST on top or are these included?
If you are located anywhere in the EU, the displayed price already includes VAT and no other charges apply to your order, as we ship all our bikes from Milan, Italy.
If you are located outside the EU, import fees and/or VAT or GST apply. Those are not displayed in the above price, but will be added to your cart before you complete the payment.
PLEASE NOTE: we won't collect VAT/GST or import fees if you make an offer/place a bid. In this case, the carrier will collect the due sum before or after delivery.
Do you offer installment payment options?
Bikeroom doesn't offer any installment payment option at the moment. Unfortunately, we don't accept Cycle-to-Work, Jobrad or similar vouchers either.
Can I customize my bike or frame, or change some of the components?
Unfortunately, this won’t be possible. However, you can add your preferences in the order notes: should we have the chance to get you the desired configuration, we will be happy to provide it.
How does Bikeroom’s warranty work? What’s your return policy?
If you purchase a brand-new product, you will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This applies worldwide.

Why can’t I have a product shipped to my country?
Some dealers are not habilitated to sell their products outside of Italy or the EU. Therefore, you might see a bike you like but be unable to add it to your cart.
Furthermore, some brands cannot be sold to specific countries. Please contact your local retailer of that brand to get their best offer.
Will you be putting the model I want on sale anytime soon?
Bikeroom is constantly looking to offer as many products as possible. Because our listed items depend on our distributors net, you may not see them today but might do so tomorrow.
