When following our inspection protocol, we check for the bike’s mechanics, brakes and gears, framework, and accessories and finish up the inspection with a road test. REFURBISHED FOR YOU
Any defective parts are repaired or replaced using our partners’ high-end components. We carry out the following operations on ALL the bicycles we certify:
- Bike-room Warranty 12 months
- Lubrication of the chain and all the parts that require it;
- Gears and breaks adjustment;
- Bolts and torques tightening;
- Bar tape and tyres exchange. If the condition rating is 8/10 or lower.

Shipping and delivery
To ensure that your bicycle arrives at your door in perfect condition, we have developed a protective box with special reinforcement areas. We put special care into packing the most fragile parts that are subject to maximum stress during transport. All of our shipments are insured. Once processed, your order is handled by our reliable logistics partners, the best in the market. Once your package is dispatched by the courier, you receive a notification with the tracking code to the e-mail address you provided during purchase. In this way, you can always monitor the status of your shipment until it is delivered. All Road and Gravel bikes are shipped largely assembled to be immediately ready to ride. Simply follow the instructions in our video "How to assemble Your Bike" to complete the assembly and get out riding. Finally, the pick-up service (by appointment only) is available at our Headquarters close to Milan, to get your bike already assembled.
