About us & the role

Bikeroom, a global marketplace specializing in high-end bicycles, is looking for an Affiliate Programs and Community Management Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. Focusing on the US and European markets, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our affiliate network and managing online/offline communities to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.


  • Develop and implement customer service strategies that reflect the excellence of our brand in the luxury sector.
  • Manage customer communications across various channels (telephone, email, social media) ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Supervise and improve existing processes to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
    Create and maintain positive relationships with international customers, tailoring communication approaches and solutions according to the country and cultural context.
  • Implement and optimize scalable workflows in multiple languages (primarily English and French) to ensure effective global customer management.
  • Train and lead the customer service team on best practices and new CRM technologies/tools.
    Manage and optimize the use of HubSpot CRM to track interactions, manage customer information, and automate processes.
  • Analyze data and reports to improve the performance metrics of the customer service team.
  • Ensure effective integration of HubSpot with other systems used by the company.

Required qualifications

  • Create, implement, and optimize effective affiliate programs to increase visibility and sales in target markets.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing affiliates.
  • Monitor performance and provide detailed reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and sales objectives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional material and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Build, manage, and moderate communities focused on outdoor and cycling activities.
  • Stay informed about new trends in the outdoor world.
  • Implement engagement strategies for users, including content creation, discussions, and promotional activities.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with community members.
  • Analyze feedback, behaviors, and trends within the community to guide improvements in service and product offerings.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing affiliate programs, preferably in an international context.
  • Proven experience in community management, with skills in moderation and engagement creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing dynamics and social media channels.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
