Bike-room.com aims to provide maximum customer satisfaction during the shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied with your order or the delivered products are not up to standard, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our Bike-Experts will immediately verify whether the damage was caused by inappropriate use or transport, or if it was there before shipping.
In order to return a bike, it must be in the initial condition, without any signs of use, and in their original box. Should this not be the case, Bike-room won’t accept the return.
Once your return request has been approved, you must ship it back within 14 days. The Right of Withdrawal can only be exercised by Bike-room’s direct customer and not by third parties, such as the person who got the item as a gift, etc. That’s why it’s essential to open the box and check the received product as soon as it’s delivered.
It is not possible to make multiple return requests for the same product.
Bike-room.com reserves the right to refuse returns that were communicated after the 14-day period or for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Our goal is to only provide bike in excellent condition and to grant the highest customer satisfaction.
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours enclosing photos and an accurate description of the fault. We will cooperate to find a solution together.
After return of a defective bike, our Certification Team will inspect it thoroughly. We will proceed with an exchange or refund as soon as they complete their checks, which usually happens within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Full freight insurance is included for all our shipments, from our workshop to your doorstep. Please check your box closesy when you receive it, and don’t forget to document any scratches or damages before opening it.If you received a damaged item, it differs from what you ordered, or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours. Kindly enclose pictures and a detailed description of the problem
Replacement of wrong-sized items
Bike-room.com offers a replacement service for new items, in case you ordered the wrong size. The general conditions of return apply.

All pre-owned certified and zero-m bicycles are covered by Bike-room's official 12-month warranty.
As for new products, each brand applies its own warranty policy. You will therefore be provided with all necessary instructions to activate it upon placing your order.
