Terms & conditions

No need to worry, if you buy a bike of the wrong size we will change it as soon as possible with one that fits you perfectly. To return flawed items it necessary for you to have them in their original package and preserved them in perfect conditions, with no sign of usage. If you can’t fulfil one of the aforementioned conditions, goods won’t be accepted and the reason why is very simple: bike-room.com wants every customer to receive brand new bikes.

Defective items

We aim to provide our customers with flawless items and we want them to be 100% satisfied of the purchase experience. Defective items can be returned in every moment and are to be checked directly by the manufacturer in order to detect every possible flaw and if it is confirmed we will replace the purchased item or refund you as fast as we can. Anyway, if you think that your bike has any kind of defect, we invite you contact us immediately and send us pictures of the detected flaw before sending the bike back. We may find a solution to your problem avoiding shipping fees.

Damaged items

If you receive a bike that is damaged, different from the one you ordered, or with missing parts, you are warmly invited to contact us and send us pictures before sending it back. Every item on bike-room.com is covered by an insurance up until it is delivered to our customers. We guarantee that it won’t be the case, but if your bike had any sort of flaw or damage you would get a full compensation.

Replacement of wrong-sized items

To return wrong-sized bikes you have to send an email to ordini@bike-room.com where you specify of what size should the new bike be. Within 24 hours you will receive an email from our staff saying what is the best solution for you. We want every customer to receive brand new bikes and to fulfil the task we kindly ask you to return your bike in compliance with our return policy.

Replacement procedure

If you want to return an item you may follow these 4 simple steps:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Find your order and click “replace”
  3. Fill out the form, pointing out the reasons why you want your bike to be replaced and the desired size
  4. Wait for our staff’s instruction about how to go through replacement procedure
