About us

The global platform for buying dream bikes: an Italian marketplace for high-end bicycles, with a hybrid business model—E-commerce (purchasing and reselling used bikes, mostly from World Tour teams) and Marketplace (shops subscribe to list and sell their inventory).

The role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers.
You’ll work extensively by phone and email to create new sales opportunities.

Our goal is to deliver the best possible experience, offering top-quality products and a unique digital journey.

We don’t just answer questions—we guide, advise, and close deals. Our sales team acts like concierges throughout the customer journey, with a clear objective: help them find the perfect bike and finalize the purchase, supporting a premium digital experience for high-level cyclists worldwide.

Responsabilities

  • Respond to inbound requests via email, ticketing system, live chat, and phone—turning every interaction into a sales opportunity.
  • Guide customers toward the best bike for their needs, technical preferences, and availability, leveraging your product knowledge
  • Proactively follow up on leads, keeping conversations alive through to close.
  • Suggest alternatives when desired bikes aren’t available, maintaining momentum and preventing lost sales.
  • Provide personalized advice to customers seeking their ideal bike, using your knowledge of high-end cycling to steer their choices.

Required qualifications

  • 0–2 years of sales experience; we’re also open to junior talent with serious drive.
  • Technical knowledge of cycling (brands, components, sizing, performance differences) to confidently assist high-end clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you don’t just spot problems or execute tasks—you actively seek solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to engage customers and build relationships.
  • At least a working knowledge of English.

Job offer

Compensation: €35K OTE (On-Target Earnings) — €28K fixed + variable.
Location: Cusano Milanino (MI). On-site work with the option of occasional smart-working days.
Benefits: €8 meal vouchers.
Contract: Permanent (tempo indeterminato), preceded by a probationary period so both candidate and company can assess mutual fit. Our goal is to build long-term, productive relationships based on trust and professional growth.
