Auction Period

This auction opens on 27 April 2026 at 12:00 CET and closes on 11 May 2026 at 12:00 CET. In the event that a new highest bid is placed within 24 hours of the closing time, the auction deadline will automatically extend by 24 hours. This extension may occur up to a maximum of 3 times.

Eligibility

To place a bid, you must hold a registered Bikeroom account. By submitting a bid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. All bids are binding and irrevocable once submitted.

Bidding

The starting bid is €30,000. All bids are placed on the hammer price excluding VAT. Applicable VAT will be calculated based on the buyer's country of residence and added to the final invoice. Each subsequent bid must exceed the current highest bid by a minimum of €500. The current highest bid is displayed on this page and updated in real time.

How to Bid

Bids can be submitted directly through the auction page on the Bikeroom website, or by contacting our team through the dedicated request form. All bids are subject to the same terms regardless of submission method.

Winner Notification & Payment

The winning bidder will be contacted by the Bikeroom team within 48 hours of the auction closing. Full payment must be completed within 5 business days of notification. The winning bidder will receive a formal invoice detailing the purchase amount, applicable VAT, and instructions for payment and clearance of goods. In the event of non-payment, the next highest bidder will be offered the item, and so on.

Shipping & Customs

Shipping is arranged and covered by Bikeroom. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be included in the invoice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
