Sizing a Scott gravel bike
Scott labels its gravel frames twice, a letter and a number, so an M is also a 54. The range is short and clear: the carbon Addict Gravel is the fast, racy champagne gravel bike, the alloy Speedster Gravel is the relaxed, value all rounder with the widest size run, and the Solace Gravel eRIDE is the light, TQ powered e-gravel bike. One piece of owner wisdom stands out: do not size down the Addict Gravel, it handles best at its intended size and already rides with a roomy, race like reach.

Riders below about 163 cm or above about 192 cm are only served by the Speedster Gravel, which alone offers an XXS and an XXL.
How to measure yourself
Height. Stand barefoot against a wall, heels together, and measure to the top of your head.
Leg length (inseam). Barefoot, feet about 15 cm apart, press a book up to the wall like a saddle and measure floor to spine.
Then use reach. Compare the reach below with a bike you like. At overlapping heights, less flexible or comfort focused riders size down and raise the bar, while performance riders take the larger size.
Addict Gravel (carbon race)
The Addict Gravel is the fast, low and racy gravel bike that rides like a road bike off road, with a long wheelbase for stability. It runs long for the size, so keep your usual size rather than sizing up or down. Available in 5 sizes: XS 49 to XL 58.

Speedster Gravel (alloy)
The Speedster Gravel is the relaxed, forgiving alloy all rounder, taller in stack and marginally shorter in reach than the Addict for a more upright cockpit, and the value pick for commuting and bikepacking. It offers the widest range. Available in 7 sizes: XXS 47 to XXL 61.

At the same size the Speedster puts you more upright than the Addict, taller in stack and a touch shorter in reach, which is the whole point of the two.
Solace Gravel eRIDE (light e-gravel)
The Solace Gravel eRIDE is the light, TQ powered e-gravel bike built on the Addict Gravel with endurance tweaks and slightly longer chainstays, so it is planted and stable rather than twitchy. Reach mirrors the Addict Gravel. Available in 5 sizes: XS 49 to XL 58.

What Scott gravel riders find
The strongest message from owners is not to size down the Addict Gravel, as it is designed to handle best at its intended size and its long wheelbase already gives a roomy, stable cockpit, so riders between sizes who want it racy can hold their normal size rather than going up. Cross shopping the Addict and Speedster at the same size, the Speedster sits more upright, taller in stack and a touch shorter in reach, so it is the comfort and value choice while the Addict is the race intent one. The Solace eRIDE is stable and planted rather than sharp, favouring comfort thanks to its endurance position and longer chainstays. Because the height bands overlap widely, at a boundary let flexibility decide: size down and raise the bar for comfort, take the larger size for performance.
