Is my bike delivered already fully assembled? All bikes are delivered partially assembled after careful inspection and certification by our World Tour Team Mechanic. Some parts are not assembled to prevent damage during the delivery. (Pedals are NOT included) Before riding, please check carefully that all components are in perfect condition and working properly. Where is my bike delivered? With Bike-room.com your bike will be delivered directly to your home. Are deliveries insured? All orders that are dispatched by Bike-room.com are covered by insurance and the costs are charged to us. The shipping insurance covers all damages until the actual delivery of the product. We treat your parcel with kid gloves! Don’t worry, your parcel and bike will arrive in perfect condition, but if the product is delivered to you in bad condition, you will immediately receive a refund after notifying our customer service. Can I change the delivery address after my order has been dispatched? No, this is not possible. Can I check where is my order? Of course you can! As soon as your parcel has been dispatched by the courier, you will receive an email, the shipping confirmation and the tracking code, in this way you will be able to check the status of your shipment until the delivery of the goods. Or you can go to the “My orders” section on our website. Customs duties: Every order in the EU is free of customs duties and import taxes.
