HOW IS MY BIKE SHIPPED?
Every bike is almost completely assembled before shipping by expert mechanics in the factory (exceptions are those parts that may be severely damaged during the shipping phase which will be there but in a separate box in order to protect them from breaking).
WHERE WILL MY BIKE BE SHIPPED?
With bike-room.com you can have your bike delivered for free at home, at a bike-room.com authorised pick-up point or you can pick it up directly from the factory(if possible).
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR CUSTOMS DUTIES?

WHAT IF I CHOSE A BIKE OF THE WRONG SIZE?
If your bike is wrong-sized you can return it. For further information see our return policy page.
CAN I RETURN MY BIKE AFTER HAVING USED IT?
No, and the reason why we will not allow you to do so is very simple: bike-room.com wants every customer to receive a brand new bike and to fulfil the task we kindly ask you to return your bike in compliance with our return policy. If this won’t be the case you will not be allowed to return the bike.

HOW DOES BIKE-ROOM'S WARRENTY WORK?
Our reconditioned bicycles are only shipped after careful inspection and are covered by a 12-month warranty that is automatically activated the day you receive your bike. It covers all bicycle parts except defects caused by regular wear and tear, insufficient or inappropriate maintenance, accidents, or improper use.
In order to make use of it, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com and accurately describe the problem with photos, videos, and whatever will help our agents understand its nature. We will then proceed to analyze your case and offer you a solution in a timely and efficient manner.
