Bottecchia Cicli Srl is a bicycle manufacturing company based in Cavarzere, Italy. Some frames are produced in Italy, but most of the production is concentrated in Asia, although all bicycles are assembled in Italy. Its products are distributed in Europe, Australia, Japan and the United States. Since 2016, the company has become the technical sponsor of the Italian professional team Androni Giocattoli-Sidermec.
The company was founded in Vittorio Veneto in 1924 by Ottavio Bottecchia, fresh winner of the Tour de France, and then passed to the Carnielli family until 1999, when it was sold to some entrepreneurs who moved the headquarters to Cavarzere, in the Venice area.
