The role
We are looking for a highly qualified Logistics and Order Management Head to join our team. This role will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency in our marketplace, managing logistics, order processing, shipments, and post-sale issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, experience in logistics, and a strong customer orientation.
Responsabilities
- Manage the entire order cycle, from receipt to delivery to the customer, ensuring quick times and accuracy.
- Coordinate logistical activities, including storage, inventory management, and shipments, optimizing flows and reducing costs.
- Work with logistics service providers to negotiate competitive rates and ensure efficient shipping services.
- Implement strategies for effective management of returns and post-sale issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and optimize logistical processes to continually improve operational efficiency.
- Manage the logistics and orders team, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and report results to management.
Required qualifications
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
- Deep knowledge of logistical management, international shipments, and customs regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using logistics and order management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and priority management skills in a dynamic environment.
- Proven leadership abilities and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
