This role will be responsible for managing cash budgets, accounting, financial reporting, and business plan preparation, as well as overseeing an administrative team. The ideal candidate will operate from our offices in Italy with the option for remote work and must possess strong expertise in corporate finance and administrative management.

• Supervise and manage the company's cash budget ensuring proper allocation of financial resources.
• Maintain general accounting, manage accounting entries, and prepare financial statements.
• Produce periodic and ad-hoc financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
• Prepare the annual business plan, monitor progress, and make strategic adjustments based on company performance.
• Analyze cash flows, expenditures, and financial statements to provide insights and strategic recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate the preparation and review of department budgets, working closely with the heads of various departments.
• Implement internal control systems to minimize financial risks.
• Manage and develop the administrative team, ensuring continuous training and performance evaluation.
• Ensure that all administrative operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and prevailing regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors to ensure proper corporate governance.

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in international contexts and structured companies.
• Deep knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles (IFRS).
• Experience in team management and good leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive in problem-solving and strongly results-oriented.
• Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
